Terms and Conditions

Our tours are easy going, friendly and engaging events. 

Those participating, agree to the following terms and conditions while WALKnTALK Limited also FULLY agrees and commits to the conditions below to protect our customers:

Participants agree:

  1. All participants remain responsible for their own safety and well-being during the event. This includes crossing roads and walking in safe zones away from vehicles and trams.
  2. All participants should be aware of their own limitations before attending our tour. Consider that we will walk approx. 2.5 Km during the tour but there are also stops on the way.
  3. WALKnTALK reserves the right to refuse entry or remove from tours anyone who is disorderly, or anti-social. In such events, WALKnTALK will not refund ticket prices or cover any additional costs incurred by participants as a result.

WALKnTALK Limited agrees as follows:

  • Tour Booking & Delivery of Services:
  • WALKnTALK Limited provides guided walking tours in Christchurch, New Zealand.
  • Upon successful booking and payment, a confirmation email with tour details, meeting point, and contact information will be sent immediately.
  • Tour dates and times are selected at checkout. 
  • Customers are required to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
  • All services are delivered in person by our professional guides.
  • Cancellations, Returns and/or Refunds Policy
  • Participants may cancel their tour booking up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable. 
  • If WALKnTALK Limited cancels a tour for any reason, participants will be offered the choice of a full refund or the option to reschedule if practicable.

  • Consumer Data Privacy Policy
  • WALKnTALK Limited values your privacy. We only collect personal information required to process your booking and communicate with you about our tours.
  • Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties, except as required to deliver your booking or comply with legal obligations.
  • We use secure systems to store and manage your information.
  • You may contact us at info@walkntalk.nz to request access or deletion of your data.

  • All online payments are securely processed
  • Our gateway provider is PCI DSS compliant, ensuring your payment details are encrypted and securely transmitted.
  • WALKnTALK Limited does not store your card information on our servers.

  • Our payments are processed by a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway.
  • You can book your tour with confidence, knowing your payment is handled securely.
